My belief is that everyone needs regular massage–especially those with physical or mentally demanding jobs. A massage every 1–2 weeks can make a huge difference in the lifestyle of the average person. My regular clients tell me all the time about a greater sense of awareness, vitality improvement, better sleep patterns and less headaches as just some of the benefits of regular massage.
